“Mall location, not usually busy but on weekends, this Starbucks becomes a community town hall with wait times up to 30 mins for simple beverage or glass of water. Would probably recommend to get your coffee from another location or something else to drink if you see a long line on weekends. Staff is good and try their best to fulfil the orders correctly.”

“I came here for the first time yesterday 1/18/20 and I had a great experience. The cashier was so friendly and willing to help. I got the sea salt caramel latte and it was worth every penny! I had to come back today 1/19/20 and get the same coffee! They also have a wide variety of breakfast items. I decided to try their waffle and it was absolutely delicious. The food can be a bit pricey but it is an organic cafe so it makes sense. I highly recommended to check this place out. I will for sure be coming back. I have visited many in the Austin area and have found none as amazing as Austin Tea Xchange. First of all they have great spaces to work and they have plenty of tables to choose from, plus a large table with many chairs around - this is my favorite. They have an amazing atmosphere of many people coming in and out, great music choice, and a wonderful sunlit shop. The coffee, tea, and other refreshments are well selected and prepared. They have an outstanding food selection for anytime of the day. The owners and staff have an amazing eye for details as well as customer service. If you are in the Bee Cave area you HAVE to stop by and see what I am talking about, you will not be disappointed.”
