“Work brought us out here in the middle of Texas, and there’s whole lot of nothing. We were looking for one of the two restaurant to try in McCamey, Texas with population of about 8,000. Really had zero expectations walking in, but boy, did we find a gem. Baby Faye, the owner, works in the back to bring food out for the folks. The staff was super friendly, she introduced us to try the stuff fried (originally nachos) with pulled brisket mixed with BBQ sauce, I requested freshly grilled jalapeño on top of it, let me just put it this way, we devour it! Never had such good tasting stuffed fries before, it was SO good that we went back the next day! We don’t even live in McCamey. Other than that, the meat choice was pretty good, the patty was a lil dry, would be better if it’s medium-rare. “Friendly staff and a clean store. When I was a kid, my dad would stop by an Allsup's to buy us a soda and a fried burrito. (Not the healthiest snack, but they are famous in these parts of Texas!). I picked a couple so I could share with my dad....now it's me buying my dad a burrito and a soda❤️”

“Tried this place for the first time. Absolutely love it. The owners are super nice, and get your orders out to you as quick as possible. For the people complaining about the price, its not bad at all, and what do you expect for them being out in the middle of nowhere? Great authentic Mexican food. Not stingy with portions of food, and large cups of drinks. Will definitely be coming back when I'm in the area.”

“We had a BLT that isn’t pictured, triple cheese burger, jalapeño jam burger, chicken sandwich, and cheeseburger! All were so good! The jalapeño jam was amazing! The burgers are not your frozen patty kind, they are homemade ! The buns are delicious! And to top it off the fries are thick and homemade! Super friendly staff and the cooks know just how to cook up a full plate! Can’t wait to go try another item!”
