“I have been there a few times now and each time i have had a friendly waitress and delicious food. I have tried something new each time and have been happy with my meal. I would definitely recommend!”

“This place is off the beaten path out at the airport, but we'll worth the drive. The burgers are large and delicious, great fries and onion rings. Shakes are huge, made with blue Bell ice cream, delivered in the mixer. A great 50s diner vibe. Great staff as well.”

“What a great experience! The music was great. The skating was great. And the employees were great. I had an amazing time and can't wait to go back. They have fun games for the kids and helped beginners. Thank you so much!”

“Good parking. Cozy. Lovely decor w/historical photos of Washington County gracing the walls. Front area has cozy semi-circle chairs at round tables. Back area is for larger parties (regular chairs). Full bar. All-You-Can-Eat Buffet includes salad bar (including fruit like berries, pineapples, grapes); at least 2 different types of meat (steak; spinach chicken) + shrimp & dipping sauces, veggies & dessert all for under $15. (I am not sure if the buffet menu changes or not). Lovely, hefty silverware/steak knife. Flat screen TVs. Friendly and attentive wait staff. I had the pleasure of meeting the friendly owner. I like that I was told that if I ordered steak "well done" that I would get it well done and not get any odd/frosty glares/stares.???? I look forward to my next visit.”

“Clean restaurant that obviously used to be a Mexican food place. We ordered off the lunch menu and got the hamburger, a grilled chicken salad and the popcorn shrimp basket and it was all good. Only complaint was that we ordered our food at 12:33 and didn’t receive it until 1:20. Not sure why it took more than 45 minutes to get our order since they weren’t very crowded. Would probably go back with fingers crossed that the service would be faster. Overall friendly staff and good food, just incredibly slow service for lunch. Update: ok, we’ve been back several more times (for dinner) and we love it. Food is delicious and consistently good. Staff has still forgotten our appetizers a few times but the food makes up for it. Highly recommend.”

“Me and my husband stopped by due to the great reviews we saw for this place and were glad we did the Aztec coffee was so good the biscuits and gravy were amazing the bread was perfectly toasted, but still soft and fluffy in the middle and the gravy was so good with it. Also we ordered the avacado toast with some toppings and really enjoyed it .The owner was so welcoming and personable we really enjoyed talking to her and hope one day to visit again. Thanks so much for your hospitality and those cinnamon buns you made were delicious :)”

“This is a place to visit. Cute little place with great staff. The homemade pies are awesome and a must. The food was great as well. We drive through this town when we go visit family in Houston, so this will definitely be our stop every time.”

“Great customer service! The store is always clean when I stop in, and the gas pump areas are kept clean as well. This is my to go gas station since they always have the best prices.”

“Very nice establishment. Wife and I stopped for breakfast and got a few tacos. They we're a good value as far as price vs. size of taco and everything tasted excellent. The facility was clean and had a very open and comfortable feel. Restrooms were also spotless. A great place to stop if you find yourself nearby.”

“I waver on Chappell Hill being 3 or 4 stars. It's a great stopover point between Austin and Houston, and the food is good enough. But sometimes it takes forever to get your food and sometimes the food is just "meh". But the bakery and desserts are good every time, and I've never thought, "man, I really don't want to eat this."”

“32oz steak dinner for two was amazing! Steak was cooked just right, and tasted great which made up for the sides not being so tasty. The green beans had a funny flavor the coleslaw was too sweet, the broccoli salad was bitter.”

“My wife and I call this our "city detoxification". At Dos Brisas, Texas has never been more beautiful with even the stars shining at night. The rooms are incredible and we love to sit on the giant swing in the screened in porch to read a book and enjoy a glass of wine. Chef Zach at the restaurant prepares delicate and delicious cuisine that is worth the drive alone. Service is personal but not intrusive. For years this was our secret retreat but it's clearly getting more well deserved attention given the full dining room.”

“Honestly the service was very below par but it was expected. We waited to get some meat for 15 minutes while the guy in front of us took his time. There was only one person handling the meat. The meat, however, was beyond phenomenal. I recommend this place for a quick bite or to prepare some high quality meat for dinner”

“It didn't live up to the hype. The service was friendly and fast, considering how busy they were on a Saturday night. Boudin balls were delicious, but when they were first given to us they were frozen in the middle, and had to be put back in the fryer. The steamed dumplings were passable, but the steamed veggies that came with them were totally bland - no seasoning whatsoever. Also, there wasn't a dipping sauce for the dumplings. The shrimp trio was pretty tasty, however. Did not enjoy walking through a wall of cigarette smoke before stepping into the main eating area. Will not return, nor would I recommend Asian Cajun to any one else.”

“We had an awesome time here after visiting Washington on the Brazos. The owner is super friendly, food was delicious, the kids enjoyed playing outside and feeding the donkeys. We then went back to the park and returned afterwards for Blue Bell ice cream. So glad we found this place!”
