“Best Borrego Tatemado in Town. Since the place recently opened we decided to give it a try. The carnitas are ok, but Chicharrón and Colitas we didn't like it at all, it was hard to eat and a lot of grease. However, I highly recommend to try their Borrego Tatemado, it's definitely the star of this place. Prices are accessible and there's a salsas bar where you can pickup whatever and the quantity you desire. Some of the items are sold by pound, but they include Guacamole and Refried beans (or charro beans) along with tortilla chips.”

One of the things that sets La Yaquesita apart is their sauces, which were spicy and definitely had their own unique touch. The seasoning for their meats was also amazing, adding depth and richness to each dish. Customer service was top-notch, with friendly and attentive staff who were always ready to answer any questions we had. And the sampling sizes were perfect, allowing us to try a variety of caldos without feeling overwhelmed. To top it all off, the mango water was simply divine - I couldn't get enough of it! Overall, I highly recommend La Yaquesita Tacos y Mas for anyone looking for a fantastic meal in Laredo. Their plates of empanadas (with three empanadas, rice, and lettuce) and flautas (with five crunchy flautas, rice, and lettuce) are sure to satisfy any appetite. Overall, rate it 9/10 stars. The restaurant is starting up and did have to wait around 30 minutes for my food, but delectable enough to wait again!”

“Made a mobile order online, and yet when I get there, the order isn't ready, and I'm there waiting for 25 minutes just for pizza! The pizza is really good. it's just really frustrating that the wait at this location is so long. I can't even imagine the wait in the drive thru. Oh, and to get your order there in the lobby, you have to scan a QR code for the doors to open just to get your pizzas. They don't just give them to you. I like the food just be prepared to wait a long time here.”

“One of the Best Mexican restaurant in Laredo & very affordable! Sure, it’s a small restaurant with limited space to dine in but the food & quality are always on point. Not to mention the huge portion of food you get. There are plenty popular choices for breakfast, lunch & dinner plates & they look just as good the pictures hanging throughout the store. They also have daily breakfast & dinner plate specials, prices on those are unbeatable. We love coming to this place for breakfast & dinner when we can & it’s always an amazing experience. Can’t recommend it enough!”
