“Made a mobile order online, and yet when I get there, the order isn't ready, and I'm there waiting for 25 minutes just for pizza! The pizza is really good. it's just really frustrating that the wait at this location is so long. I can't even imagine the wait in the drive thru. Oh, and to get your order there in the lobby, you have to scan a QR code for the doors to open just to get your pizzas. They don't just give them to you. I like the food just be prepared to wait a long time here.”

“Everything is fairly fine the one on Calton rd clean parking don't have cold drinks or enough but I prefer this one over the one on Santa Maria the female employees are always space out never know nothing they never hear need to repeat the order 3 to 4 times or more always forget to put garlic butter on crust plus they charge for it after forgetting it's horrible place to go plus careful they snag the money of your hand plus don't give you all your change back once you ask for it they roll thire eyes slam the the drive thru window then they open the window to give the rest of change with a bad attitude and again slam the window no sorry or thank you at all ....so if you little Caesars go to Calton rd...and for a good price too🍕”

“I called to order a pizza to go, it was close to 7:30 and the a guy answered me, I got out the words order to go and all of a sudden the phone was silent, It did not disconnect buy was just silent. I hung up after awhile called back and now it was busy tried for the next 10 to 15 min and still busy. Luckly I was close to the mall, I was upset because other times if it's close to their closing time they won't take an order. So I figured let me get off and walk up.. well not surprisingly they were cleaning had moved their prepared food all together... Guess what, there getting ready to leave soon, I guess. Anyway they could tell I was upset, I ordered my two pizzas, the guy walks out the back area and stairs at the girl taking my order. I smile and said I was the one that called and you did not finish my order. Under my breath I said I guess your making the pizza after all... And paid. Then proceeded to sit right in front and make sure they did my pizza well. Lol. I can't say nothing bad about their food but service is not the best. I wonder if the owners know what is going on ... 😕”

“This place is a hit or miss. The service was very good. There were three other tables and three different waiters came in and asked in everything was ok. Food portions are very generous. I tried the fried rice yakimeshi. It was a huge portion and had nice plating. The downside was the lack of flavor. It was very bland only after dousing it with soy sauce and jalapeños was the plate somewhat palatable. We also ordered the chicken Alfredo, don’t judge kids will be kids. Again a very healthy portion but Alfredo sauce lacked flavor. We also ordered the egg rolls and the same lack of flavor though they seemed more of the frozen kind rather than fresh. The stars of the meal was the finca roll. It had a seared/smoked salmon that was not overpowering but it defined the roll. Second place was the Monterrey roll. This was also packing flavor with the roll wrapped in thinly sliced chicken. All in all like i said hit or miss for this place. Very good service and large portions but some food was lacking in taste.”

“I bought three 20-oz waters and they weren't cheap. I'd tell you what they cost, but I wasn't given a receipt, but it was probably $2.25 or $2.50/bottle. Now I will have to submit a special form for a lost receipt on my expense report. What they gave me was three 16.9-oz waters (-15.5% less than promised). They also gave me Jasmine G's 8-piece chicken wings (sorry Jasmine!) and I tried to stop the driver when I found out, but he was long gone. I ordered a side dish that would've been enjoyed more with a fork, but none was provided. No napkins either. The large stuffed crust pizza was good and hot when delivered, although I ordered extra cheese and extra pineapple and it didn't seem like they gave me extra pineapple. Delivery time was as-promised and I appreciate that they dropped it off at my room. All-in with a tip & delivery fee it was somewhere North of $50 for 3 bottles of water, a large stuffed crust one-topping pizza with extra topping and some kind of potato cheese side”
