    I love the Hawkins subway, the night crew and day crew are amazing and so nice, the customers that were in front were rude to the workers and don’t understand that there are more customers than just them and the fact that they are teenagers that are most likely exhausted working so late. I could tell that they try their hardest. I am proud.

    Staff is always friendly and the food is fresh. Now for the bad...we went there this evening and had to watch as an apparent manager berated her staff in front of us. Extremely unprofessional and a very poor example of what a leader should be. I actually couldn't believe what I was hearing at first, had to think on it for a minute. Very disappointing to say the least. Praise in public, chastise in private.
