We eat here quite often and the food is always great!
The waitstaff are friendly and very attentive.
With that said, this morning (Sunday morning) we visited to have our usual Sunday breakfast.
The music that was playing was too loud and evidently tuned to the staff’s preference. It was playing a pop station that was playing music (too loudly) that was not conducive to a pleasant breakfast experience.
The majority of the diners were 50+ years of age.
We asked that the station either be changed or turned down. We were told first that the office was closed and she couldn’t get in there. She told the lady who opened and she supposedly went in to do something.....
We were told that no one knew how to change the station and evidently there is not a volume control or on/off switch on their sound system.
I’m pretty sure if the owner or manager had been there that the situation wouldn’t have been the way it was!
We love Richies and we love the girls that work there, but they need to take the customers comfort into account much better than they did today!

Good food. I am in love with the onion rings with the cilantro ranch. Good burgers and old fashion patty melts.

This place is in a small town I visited. I had a delicious burger with real onion rings. It was large enough for two meals for me! I met some very friendly locals and though we were socially distanced, we just talked across the aisles. Such fun! Service was outstanding. I heard they just rebuilt after a fire, so I plan to support this local business again.

Excellent chicken fried steak breakfast. The batter is NOT overcooked and crispy, it's soft. The waitress suggested biscuits, which were light and fluffy, NOT hard, and just came out of the oven. When I sat down the first thing I noticed was the huge probably 4' x 8' painting on the wall. The waitress said it had just recently been added. What a perfect place to have Sunday morning breakfast.
