Smithfield Firehouse Pizzeria

I love Firehouse! My only feedback for your online ordering is that you should let the customer enter a tip amount instead of giving them the option of 18%, 20%, 22% or 0. I assume your employees get all of the tips so it’s them who is adversely affected if the customer feels like 18% is excessive for a take out order.

One of the most consistent Best Deserts I've ever had... The Fzookie. Essentially a cookie hot out of the oven with two scoops of vanilla ice cream, drizzled with caramel and chocolate topping. Yum.

We love Firehouse! My husband and I had our first date at firehouse (the Logan location) and go back every year for our anniversary. We will only go to the Smithfield location now. Logan is terrible. The service has been fast and the servers have always been kind and personable. We have ordered calzones from the Logan location and Smithfield locations and it’s night and day different. Smithfield is so much better! Logan’s are more burned with much fewer toppings. I think they might be owned by the same people but Logan needs better training, if that’s the case. 100% recommend the Smithfield location. We live in Hyrum but would drive all the way to Smithfield instead of going to the Logan location.

The customer service was much better this time than another time we've gone here. The food is good quality and portions are good. The seating was clean and the staff in general were pretty friendly this time.

Ordered a gluten free pizza and a salad and paid for it online. When I got there, they told me that gluten free pizza is actually $3 extra and I need to pay for that now. If I would have known that, I definitely wouldn't have ordered a the side salad, which was missing the ranch by the way, and I probably would have just ordered from dominoes. Fix your website to include gluten free pricing!!

On the bright side, the pizza is good. Wish I had ranch for my salad.
