“We had been looking forward to this for a long time! Our server, Megan, was patient and polite. The menu had a huge variety of delicious options, and we decided this will be our go-to to replace Olive Garden. The sampler basket, chicken gorgonzola fettuccine and spinach ravioli were excellent! Dine-in starts at 4:30 and is done by 9, so get there early!”

“Have gone to this establishment for years. Great food and great staff., and the new building is beautiful. However, i was in yesterday for lunch with my crew and an older man, who i would assume to be the business owner, was in there. I have never in my life seen a business owner or boss treat employees as he did. He was rude and belittling. He was yelling across the store, and rudely interrupting employees while they were helping customers and trying to work. I watched a lady in front of me get rudely interrupted THREE times by him talking to the cashier, while she was being checked out. As my wife and i got checked out, i found out that it was the manager. I have placed orders with her before and she is the best of the best. I just felt bad for these employees and don't think anybody should have to work under those circumstances. 5 stars for great food and great workers.”

“I'm one of those people who doesn't like using websites or phone calls to order food, I am very happy with how polite the employees are. I went in, ordered my food, they gave me an accurate wait time, gassed up my truck, and picked up my pizza. My personal favorite pizza of theirs is the spinach feta.”

“We love Firehouse! My husband and I had our first date at firehouse (the Logan location) and go back every year for our anniversary. We will only go to the Smithfield location now. Logan is terrible. The service has been fast and the servers have always been kind and personable. We have ordered calzones from the Logan location and Smithfield locations and it’s night and day different. Smithfield is so much better! Logan’s are more burned with much fewer toppings. I think they might be owned by the same people but Logan needs better training, if that’s the case. 100% recommend the Smithfield location. We live in Hyrum but would drive all the way to Smithfield instead of going to the Logan location.”

“I worked here for 15 months and it was a good experience. The people are as great as the food itself. I often come by for a burger or drink every now and then even though it can be a little pricey. Highly recommend this place and please give it the business it deserves.”
