“What started off as a normal online order turned into a process, in the end I am giving 5 stars. We made our initial order online expecting that the items orders would arrive as ordered. When the order was slated for delivery the driver (doordash) called and said they didn't have some of the items. We received the order about 30mins later. The driver did say he was picking up two orders that needed substitutions due to out of items. When we received the order, it was incorrect and missing items. I went to the store and was able to talk to the might manager. She was apologetic, listened to my concerns, corrected the order, and reimbursed the missing items. We even talked about what might help in the online ordering. I am giving Kneaders 5 stars for amazing customer service and really wanting to make the experience right. I will also return because the quality of food has been great. Definitely hit the spot on a cold rainy night. Thanks Kneaders for the great food and customer experience!”

I was very pleased to hear that they washed their hands and even washed the counter where my food was made. “The food is pretty expensive and I had always heard that it was, so I never dared try it. Also, I thought it might be some weird foreign food and I'm not very adventurous, but I ate here tonight with my family and it was delightful! The steak and salmon and chicken were all perfectly cooked and tender and flavorful. It's been a long time since I've enjoyed food this much! “The sign says “It’s where the locals eat”. After eating here for some time it’s fairly clear as to why. The food is great and the portions are generous. The staff is generally kind and I always leave here with leftovers. The burgers are great and you can order a six stack! Awesome place to eat breakfast. Try to go during off times as it does get rather busy. Like they say though if you want good food follow the crowds.”

“So me and my buddy Josh go to check out Marcos which we heard was a cheaper alternative to little Caesars. It’s not. We go in to Marcos and check out the menu. The 6’4’ plus middle aged man who I can only assume is Marco asks for the phone number for the order. I reply “we’re not sure if we are gonna order yet, we’re just checking out the menu”. Marco looks at us annoyed with a hand up in exasperation. “No what’s the number for the order” he replies at a higher volume. Me and my boy, already weirded out, examine the menu and find out it is NOT cheaper that the 5 dollar price point of a classic little Caesars pep pizza. Not a problem if we weren’t broke college students, but we are, so we left. While in the car pulling out, we see Marco has emerged from the kitchen, traveled past the counter, and is watching us leave from just inches behind the storefront windows. He looked betrayed that we didn’t tell him that we were leaving or that he had already entered our phone number in the system even though we told him we weren’t sure if we were gonna order. Just thought you all, as customers, should know the high stakes when considering whether or not to purchase a pizza in front of Marco. Nevertheless, we did not partake of their pizza this night, which is why it is unconscionable for us to leave anything other than a 5 star review.”

“I really don't like to complain in reviews, because I understand that food service is hard work, and I have a lot of love for this McDonald's. The last three times that I've gone, though, I haven't gotten the sauce that I order for my nuggets. While it's really not that big of a deal, I only order the nuggets for the sauce and it makes me feel disappointed when I can't enjoy that delicious buffalo sauce. That stuff is /so/ good! Other than that, no complaints! Always fast service, and the food is always fresh!”
