“Normally I am happy with Jimmy Johns but today I submitted an online pick up order for 7pm pickup. I purchased 21 subs for my crew for dinner as a thank you for their dedication and work. I submitted the order with 2 hrs before my requested pick up time. At 7:10 I called the store to check on my order because the online tracker was still showing that my order wasn't ready yet. I was informed that it would be another 10-15 minutes so I waited. 40 minutes after my requested pick up time, my order was ready. For each of the subs I ordered I put the name of the person who wanted it so that they could just be handed out. Instead what I got was numbers and some kind of writing on a select few. I figured that the ones that wanted something special added or removed from their sandwich were identified like that but that isn't the case either. It would have been really nice if the writing was clear too. See photos.”

“Overall it was ok. Salad was tiny and I didn’t get to choose what dressing I got. The noodles were pretty good, chicken was well seasoned but the rest was pretty bland. I enjoyed the garlic bread the most. All in all, my favorite part about this was the peach sprite lol. I don’t know if I’d ever eat here again and I am a die hard pasta fan. ?”

“First, I consider myself a pretty patient person, especially with food service because I know what it's like. Second, I want to say that I don't like to leave negative reviews unless absolutely justified. This one is justified. We recently moved to the area and we've been to this location several times. Sadly, every time we go, the service seems to get worse. But, I'm obsessed with the Mango Berry salad, so as long my salad is good I'll keep going. Today we ordered curbside because I was in a hurry, I get 30 minutes for lunch. Order curbside pick-up was timed at 12:05, so I get there at about 12:00... I live 5 minutes away. The sign says let them know on the app when you're there. 25 mins later, nothing, so I go in... I see a bag sitting on the shelf behind the counter and I wonder, is that mine? But, I let it go as there were quite a bit of people waiting for their orders--some were curbside pick-up and some were call-ins. About 15 minutes more and I'm done waiting, so I asked the nearest working person to cancel my order. She asked for the name and at this point it was about 12:45... I showed her my 12:05 pick-up time and told her what the name was. She walked over to the register area for a second then goes back to the shelf for the bag I saw earlier, grabs it and hands it to me stating that nobody told her the name of whom it was for. But, the name and vehicle type are right on the receipt taped to the bag!! So, all in all I waited 45 minutes, after ordering, for one soup, which wasn't the right soup, one sandwich, and one salad. :(”

“Full bowl with sweet pork on spicy teriyaki noodles. It's divine. The best nap I've had this entire year came after clearing a bowl and laying down to watch TV. The instant I woke up the whole world was just calm and serene, silent and at peace. It took me another few minutes to get my bearings and start being in pain again. 10/5 stars would recommend. It's the only food I order through Uber Eats anymore.”

“This is one of the better Chinese restaurants in the area. Great flavors and serves the classics. Restaurant is a little dirty and needs standard regular cleaning. Walls and doors shouldn't turn black. Because the restaurant is very clean it gets a lower score. But the food does taste good.”

“This place provides a nice atmosphere with a fun (and uncommon) sushi menu. I enjoy the burritos and the fact that I can get regular items as well like tempura vegetables and shrimp. The employees were very nice and the restaurant was clean. I also got a punch card to earn a free burrito after ~10. It's the best (and only) sushi burrito that I've had.”

“We did a pretty good size order at curbside pick up today and two sandwiches were accidentally forgotten. I’m sure it was a mistake but everyone knows how frustrating it is to get home and have two kids without their meal. I called the store to simply get a refund, I was going to figure out some thing from the refrigerator, and the manager there told me they would happily deliver it to my door because they have extra staff to be able to do that at the moment.... I was so speechless. ❤️ That really was above and beyond what was expected. Wow!!!”

“The food here was average, nothing special. The plate size was normal, the chips and salsa were normal, the taste was normal. All average. The only thing I wish was better was the rice. It was pretty dry and bland. Prices were fairly cheap. Got a dinner plus chips and salsa for $11. All in all, you won't be disappointed coming here, but you won't be wowed either.”

“There waffles were exceptional. They arent your traditional big white fluffy waffles. They were better! With yummy whipped butter and fresh berries on top. My husband enjoyed his flavorful skillet hash with a nice amount of heat from the fresh jalapenos. It's hard to find great breakfast food with some flavor! They definitely accomplished that here. “I love Fire House Subs, they taste great when my order is how I requested. I placed an online order for a club on a sub w/out onions and spicy mustard. I picked it up and had to get back to work so I didn't think to check my sandwich because they've always gotten it right. I had to pick off the onions and scrap off as much of the mustard as I could. But those flavors were still in there. I was very disappointed. They also used a knife to cut my sub that had leftover marinara on it. I don't have food allergies but others do. I hope this location improves their safe food handling training and/or enforcement.”
