“UPDATE: I have changed my rating to four stars due to the very professional response from Jersey Mike's corporate heads. They truly listened to what I had to say and were appreciative about it. Due to their prompt and professional response, I will give them another try. Customer service sucks! My husband and I stood by the register for 12 minutes and not one of the five employees acknowledged we were there. They were definitely more focused on the to go orders with one employee building the sandwiches another standing and holding up the counter, another on her cellphone, and one by the register who was more concerned about putting stickers on bags. Too many options out here to spend our dollars on with great customer service and food. We won't be back.”

“Even.though they had a pepperoni hot n' ready I needed to do one as a specialty. They told me it would be 10 min to make. They were so quick, gave me a fresh made pep instead of a hot n' ready and brought it to my car. The girl who took my order and brought me my pizza was polite and had great customer service skills.”

“By far one of the best places to get a shake. They are always fantastic and satisfying. Never really had any problems with this location since the day it was first opened. The food isn't the cheapest, but I feel that the quality is on par with the cost. Staff has always been friendly and the eating area is clean and well maintained. Will definately be returning.”

“The Pizza Factory is located near antelope island. The ice for the drinks is the little cubes that people seem to like. We ordered an extra large thin crust pizza. They also have a nice salad bar with a lot of variety. If you go make sure to order a bread twist (or four) because they are really tasty, garlicky on the outside soft and warm inside. Good service, come for the ice stay for the twists.”
