“One word... FLAVORFUL! My husband and I tried Scratch Burger for the first time and enjoyed everything we ordered!! I ordered the Scratch Burger with salted fries and my husband ordered the Spicy Burger with seasoned fries. We shared the Carolina loaded fries, which were out of this world! I asked for extra sauce not knowing they already put some in our bag for us and the burger didn't even need extra sauce! All of the ingredients tasted fresh! I loved the unique sweet flavor of the seasoned fries and the extra pickle flavor in their fry sauce. We will definitely be back, they're our new favorite burger place!! Great customer service as well!”

“UPDATE: I have changed my rating to four stars due to the very professional response from Jersey Mike's corporate heads. They truly listened to what I had to say and were appreciative about it. Due to their prompt and professional response, I will give them another try. Customer service sucks! My husband and I stood by the register for 12 minutes and not one of the five employees acknowledged we were there. They were definitely more focused on the to go orders with one employee building the sandwiches another standing and holding up the counter, another on her cellphone, and one by the register who was more concerned about putting stickers on bags. Too many options out here to spend our dollars on with great customer service and food. We won't be back.”

“Gave this a try because I saw lamb kabobs on the google online menu. I had the spicy beef ramen with lamb kabobs for the appetizer. Both were excellent. Wife had the California sushi fried burrito with cheese wontons as an appetizer. Also both excellent. Portions were huge. Price was reasonable. Service was friendly and fast. We’re from out of town but I’ll come back in a heartbeat when we’re in the area again. Big thumbs up to Ramen Garden. 👍👍”

“This was our first time going to El Palmar and we're pleasantly surprised for our first time. The kids meals were a bit small, leaving our kids a bit hungry after eating. Next time, we'd probably not bring them. The customer service was OK. At first, it was good, a bit too quick. They brought chips and salsa, then then took our order for drinks. Once we had our drinks, they were ready to take our order. From the time being sat to order taking was about 3 minutes. Not too bad, but I had no time to look at the menu so I defaulted to what I always get but not really what I wanted. Then after we were finished eating, it took about 10 minutes to get togo boxes and our bill. However, the food was delicious and I would certain come here again. Hopefully the A/C will be working too. I would recommend this place and plan to go back, just don't feel rushed.”

“We decided to try Eagle’s Nest Grill after seeing it advertised in Syracuse Connection and the positive reviews. This was on 10/31/20. I had a just a plain burger and my wife had the cheeseburger. We also got an order of fries, onion rings, one drink, and a sweet roll. This food is definitely better than any chain fast food restaurant and reasonably priced. The fries and onion rings were above average, both of us enjoying both, though I liked the fries more and my wife liked the onion rings more. The burgers require more explanation. First, this is not some frozen patty. It is handmade. The quality we had no questions about. However, neither one of us cared for the seasoning. I am very particular about my seasoning but my wife not so much so, so it was not just me. Others obviously like this so you might also. We could not quite place the seasoning or I would describe it. Too much of something. On to the drink, which was just a Pepsi. My wife had this and said the ratio of syrup to soda was very good, comparable to McDonald’s Coke. Lastly, the sweet roll. In two words, get it. It was soft and light and very flavorful. Despite out preference for different seasoning on the burgers, we would highly recommend this place.”

“Great restaurant! It's a small, quiet restaurant. Great for the whole family or just for you and your spouse. Their turkey avocado sandwich and BBQ chicken salad are both excellent. “The food was alright. Not the best chicken strips I have ever had, but also not the worst. It was maybe a bit overpriced for what you get. The portions were a little smaller than I expected. Everything right now is take-out only. So don't expect there going to eat inside the restaurant. That being said, there is a park with shaded seating just behind the building. Before you leave, check your order for utensils and napkins. We didn't get any. And since we were visiting from out of town, it's not like I could use my own. The selection of sauces was good, although my daughter said she did not care for the sweet and sour sauce. Wing sauce and ranch were good.”

“By far one of the best places to get a shake. They are always fantastic and satisfying. Never really had any problems with this location since the day it was first opened.
