TL/DR: The meats were okay. The sides were better. The peach cobbler is not worth it.
Here’s what we got:
- 1 Meat + 1 Side - Brisket + Cornbread ($9.99 + $1.99 for brisket): The brisket was pretty average. The cornbread was good.
- 2 Meats + 2 Sides - Pulled Pork, Sweet Chicken + Baked Beans, Mac & Cheese ($15.49): My husband said the pulled pork was fine, the sweet chicken was good, the baked beans were tasty, and the mac & cheese was amazing.
- Peach Cobbler ($5.99): Simply not worth it for taste and also not worth it for price.
A far cry from the best BBQ I’ve had.
I stopped here with a group of 10 ranging from 3 to 80 and everyone was delighted with the food. I had the ribsteak on salad and it was delicious! Moist and tender. Of course, I also had to have a side of brisket because it looked so good. I was not disappointed. Prices are great and portions are abundant. The self-serve sauces are excellent. The spicy sauce has a nice kick. This is a gem of a BBQ joint.
This is such a cute little restaurant with some amazing bbq. It smelled divine as we walked in. The meats were so tender and mouth watering! We didn’t love the cornbread, but the baked beans were delicious as well. We will come back here every time we visit Bryce Canyon!!
What a fun and festive place in the middle of nowhere! The fresh, hot, simple food is perfect after a day exploring Bryce NP and Kodachrome SP. Their selection isn't huge but doesn't need to be since it all tastes good. There appears to be plenty of seating for the busy season. I appreciated that I could get a gluten free meal.
This is some of the best BBQ I’ve ever had, which is saying something because I have lived in Texas! The brisket was incredible and possibly my favorite brisket I’ve ever eaten. My husband got the pulled pork sandwich on a pretzel bun with nacho cheese sauce, which was also delicious. The pulled pork was juicy and flavorful. We also got a large peach cobbler, which was fantastic and I would definitely recommend getting it for dessert. We went around 8 PM in March, so still technically off season, and it was not super busy. The line did move a little slow but there were only 2 people in front of us so we didn’t mind. There was ample seating with big tables in 2 different rooms. We will absolutely come here again if we are in the area and I would recommend this to anyone visiting Bryce Canyon. The meal was so satisfying after a long day of hiking.
