First thing that I'd like to say is that they charge their BBQ at very very reasonable prices, unlike the other restaurants that sell ribs/brisket in town with double priced.

Then, about food: I tried some spare ribs and brisket. I ordered flat for the brisket but got point cuts (never mind).

They were cooked nicely: tender and delicious. Ribs were not that higher standard of fall-off-the-bone yet they were still very decently cooked. Brisket was well trimmed and flavorful -- perfect bark and smoke flavor.

The only thing that I could nit-pick was the seasoning. They were a bit light seasoned (seems to be Carolina style?), so I had to add some sauce. Personally I prefer Taxes style's S&P well seasoned BBQ, eating without BBQ sauce. But that's not a reason at all of not trying their BBQ.

Service was also warm and perfect.

We went here as part of the Scots on the Rocks festival.
That place was hopping and we expected a long wait on our food, but it came surprisingly quickly. Excellent service in the bar area for food and drinks.
My family loved the dry rubbed ribs. Didn't need sauce. They were that stand alone.
I had the wedge salad with champagne dressing and beer battered fries. The fries I dipped in their house sauce. Yum!
We were pretty hungry so no photos of food.

Do yourself a favor and get the brisket. Nice and fatty, perfectly seasoned and so good! The pulled pork was good as well, but that brisket hit the spot after a long ride. I wasn't completely impressed with the coleslaw, but it wasn't awful. And they also have root beer on tap.

I ate here my first night in Moab, the bar is in the back. Karen was my bartender and she was fabulous. The beers were ice cold and the BBQ was pretty awesome too. The ribs were fall off the bone delicious. They have five different sauces, my favs were the Hot and the Mustard. Pulled pork was delicious too and the Mac and cheese was pretty dang tasty also. Great atmosphere in here. Prices were very reasonable too!

Great atmosphere. Bar in back. Service was excellent. Really loved the coleslaw. Hush puppies were dry but served as a good palate cleanser. My fav was the dry rub wings. Tasty and juicy.
