“Absolutely LOVED our stay here. Our room was cozy and had everything you needed. We enjoyed the central location so we could walk around town easily. We enjoyed the pool and breakfast buffet as well! The most fun was watching a western in the barn! We should have gone more than just the one time - we couldn't stop laughing! Staff was always really friendly and helpful. We challenged the housekeepers quite a bit because we were playing in sand and hiking almost every day, but no one complained and they did a really great job! We're definitely planning to come back.”

“What a great birthday lunch I had. I had the Bison burger and my boyfriend had the Elk patty melt, he has some food allergies and cook was so accommodating. We will definitely be back. Great food, great presentation, great service and such a cute place, lots of movie memorabilia. Our waitress Tawny was so sweet and answered our many questions.”

“Such friendly service and truly tasty food! We spoke with the guy who owns the business & he is so passionate about the quality ingredients and providing vegan friendly options. Such a gem in Kanab! Very good prices too”

“Not a local but from southern California. Tacos Sinaloa is pretty legit good! Street tacos tasted fresh, and the salsa was really good, especially the green. They also have a location in Panguitch.”

“Great, organized store that will have all of your traveling essentials. Clothes, hygiene products, healthy and unhealthy drinks/snacks, and everything in between. One of the best country stores I’ve ever been to and would highly recommend a stop. The people that work are very friendly and helpful as well.”

“Amazing scenery of course, but our houseboat broke down, and overall didn't operate very well. The staff at bullfrog are nice, but clearly do not have enough experience. Trying to keep the marina afloat quite literally as the water recedes”

“Wow! Thrilled that we found this gem. The staff was incredible and the food was top notch. Every staff member that we came in contact with exceeded our expectations. I had the Corn Chowder (recommended by the chef) and a sausage and mushroom pizza with havarti cheese. My goodness, that food was amazing!! Everyone in our party enjoyed the quality of the food and staff.”

“Excellent breakfast burrito. Offered to substitute avocado when I asked for no meat-no extra charge! That's very sweet most places charge vegetarian more! Enchilada sauce was on point. I appreciated the burrito was made right and not overstuffed so you could eat it on the go. Did not have the coffee but they do serve it it case you are wondering! Friendly service, family business ❤️”

“There are times that when I am reviewing a restaurant I have a hard time deciding what is more important; is it the food, service, cleanliness, or comfort that should be the main focus? Seeing as a restaurant's main purpose is providing food as a service, I lean toward food as the main factor. However what also matters a great deal in my eyes is how the restaurant staff interacts with me. From being seated by the host/ hostess, to how the waiter/ waitress handles the table, up until the check has been paid what kind of impression was made. This was a restaurant that hits high scores on all points. The food was excellent, Rosa is awesome, the environment is friendly. I have not a single complaint! I highly recommend Escobar's the food was some of the best mexican food I have had outside of Southern California! Don't just take my word for it, stop in and try it for yourself you will not be disappointed!”

“Food was very good. Service was pretty slow. Back 7 months later. Food is still very good. They are still trying to hire enough help. They only seat so many tables per server on duty, so you may wait for a table. Once you get one things go pretty well. Worth the wait. Brad was a good waiter.”

“I have mixed feelings about this restaurant. I recently moved to the area and have eaten here a handful of times . While the food has always tasted amazing , the wait times are absolutely ridiculous . I came in the middle of the afternoon with no with no one in the line in front of me placing an order and no one in the car hop area waiting for food. I was in a hurry so I only ordered a waffle fry and a cheese stick. 45 MINUTES !!! 45 freaking minutes to get 2 sides! I'm all for spending a little extra money and time for good food but come on. I don't need you to harvest the potatoes, scrub them, bake them, cut them, batter them, and then fry them to feel like I got "fresh" food. Will I eat here again? Probably. There's not exactly a lot of options for inexpensive dining in this town. But will I be more likely to go to a gas station for lunch next time or the McDonald's down the street? Oh heck yeah, and I don't even like McDonald's. But when you don't have an afternoon to sit around and wait for food sometimes tasting great is less important than actually being able to eat because your whole lunch break was shot.”

“We had the brisket sandwich and pulled pork sandwich w/ baked beans. The portions were generous and the flavor was good, but it wasn’t anything special, especially for the price. The sauce is store-purchased Sweet Baby Rays. The baked beans had the best flavor and was served up piping hot!”

“Tried the lunch buffet. Drink and buffet for under $10. Several types of pizza, soup and salad are your choices. Pizza wasn't great but also not too bad for a pizza buffet. If you're hungry, this is a good value. On the day we stopped to eat, it was very busy. Basically - hungry / value= go. Taste / atmosphere= no go.”

“This was the best place during our 3 weeks road trip! My wife and me loved it so much there and we are really thankful we were allowed to eat there - plenty and delicious vegan food, such friendly people, everyone smiling and an amazing view outside. On any other place you will have to pay the food 10 times - if you find something vegan which tastes that good! So we for sure donated and i HOPE so much every stranger who is visiting this place will do. Don't be cheap!!”

“Fair asian / American cuisine for a small town. Reasonable prices and very large portions. Small restaurant and staff so expect a bit of wait for your decent food.”

“We were tourists from big cities w great cuisine. So we typically have come to expect the food to not be the highlight of our trip in small towns, despite eating at the highest rated places. This was an exception -they could compete in a big city food scene. The food was so good for the both of us, that we came back 3 nights in a row. Everything was excellent as it was all made starting from quality ingredients which came through in the food and made in house. No shortcuts as the food took time to prep. The pistachio chicken, tropical piggy, ribs, and lasagna were our favorite entrees. The key lime pie was the best dessert (eat it with a plastic utensil, not metal} with the cheese cake and mousse in second place. Also the staff were all pleasant folks and clearly experienced as they were excellent at reading their customers.”

“Service was nice. I liked the vibe here but I didn’t like the dishes that much. The risotto was way too salty so I couldn’t finish even half of it without having drunk a whole glass of water. And I feel like it’s a bit overpriced. Shrimps in the shrimp pasta were dry. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend this place.”

“Waitress was prompt, curtious and attentive. Food was solid and delivered quickly. Price is a bit high for the portion but that can probably be attributed to level of prep for fast delivery of food since takeout is also an option but was filling. I encourage you to try it and make up your own mind.”

“Just great! We're foodies and this is a regular stop for us. It's a cute place, well decorated, pretty colors, definitely not a boring decor. Friendly service, great specials and a well planned menu with very yummy food! There's only one problem; I'm trying to avoid gaining 50 pounds and they've deliberately put this case full of amazing looking deserts right where I can see it. It might be a sugary conspiracy, but I'll go back anyway.”

“Hard to find at this location. Was inside a grocery store. But that's really the only bad thing I have to say. Food was amazing!! I bought a chicken bowl and a classic beef nachos. Loaded with all the goodies for little over 7 bucks each. Everything from shells to chips were the blue corn kind. So good!! Took me 3 different times to eat it all. I highly recommend the shredded pork tacos! Loved the food. Customer service was friendly and helpful!”

“We stopped at this little cafe on the way to Zion (from Bryce) to get coffee but stopped to check out the lovely artworks (on sale!) and got a couple cute prints! The owner was a very cheerful and nice person and we loved the artworks of his dogs getting into all kinds of shenanigans! Absolutely appreciated this place which provided a nice respite from the mundane drive and served as a good way to appreciate the southwest culture and arts !”

“The few years we lived here, this place saved my life so many times - they have anything and everything you need! I get lost in their boutique for fun and love the Kanab merchandise they have for sale. The pharmacists and cashiers are all cheery, pleasant to work with, and helpful. We were vaccinated here and it was a very clean, smooth-hop in-and-out procedure. Thank you for taking care of us!”

“Awesome top for awesome staff and awesome ice cream! Seriously enjoyable, and each flavor we tried/got was on the spot! The trainee did amazing in working through a line of people politely and expeditiously. Would absolutely come again when passing through Kanab! They have stickers too! Outside patio was perfect for ice cream munching.”

“Adria’s was wonderful! Got the 2 egg breakfast and the eggs were cooked perfectly, bacon was delicious, and home fries were crispy! Sourdough toast was quite good, too. Got a scone - very different than a scone I would get on the east coast, more like a light funnel cake but it was still delicious! Coffee was strong and hot and they refilled often. Would absolutely come back! Piano and little stage in the main restaurant - would love to come back for a show sometime!”

“Very good! Great customer service and flavorful food. Had breakfast burritos and yummy. No other places in town open on a Friday morning and for that I am grateful because we discovered these guys.”
