Beans and Brews Coffeehouse

The food and drink here is good. I gave five stars for atmosphere but it's a typical coffee house. Kind of hard to mess that up. I only gave four stars on service because this place is hit and miss. Mostly it's a hit but every once in a while there's a miss. Can't give a perfect score.

Took 20 minutes in the drive thru to get our order. When we got to the window we heard an employee say “it’s not our fault people order food.” I don’t understand why they didn’t pull this person around to the front of the store if it was going to be such a long wait. There were 3 employees and it shouldn’t have taken 20 minutes for 2 drinks.

Great coffee, like all other Beans!

I had a weird experience (2x) where I went through the drive through and sat at the ordering speaker for 5 minutes... Ended up backing up and going inside both times. It may have been an issue with the technology/camera, but my coffee was still great!!
