(August 11, 2020, 4:46 am)This place was terrible, much like all the other restaurants in the 1 mile radius. I dont know why the people in Evanston don't prepare their restaurants for the rush of travelers that go through their city every Sunday afternoon in the summer? So many people were headed home and wanted lunch here and all restaurants were overwhelmed. Stood in line at this Wendy's for 10 min and left. A few people followed me. The staff couldn't handle the 20 people waiting in their lobby for food, or the long line of cars in the drive thru lane.

(March 10, 2020, 8:39 am)Tyberrius took my order and it was the most pleasant time I've had ordering at Wendy's or any other place in a long time. No old lady confused by order or the cash register she's using. No young kid on their phone, not paying attention who's not excited to be working. Just a polite happy guy up selling and giving me options.
