La Sal Bistro at Palisade Golf Course

The food here is amazing not to mention the location is perfection. Wonderful views of the golf course and reservoir make the experience even better. Not your typical Sanpete restaurant. Huge steaks, filet mignon, thick servings of salmon and insanely large pork chops along with perfectly cooked chicken quarters, anything you are craving. I definitely recommend stopping in to try the food. The menu changes seasonally so there's always something new to try. The chef often gets farmers market veggies at the peak of ripeness and throws out specials that are incredible. If you're looking for something special this is the place.

You would normally have drive two hours north to get food of this quality. This is not home cooking - upscale but reasonably priced. The pork chop is gigantic and perfectly done. Definitely a place to do special occasions too. We had 15 people and everyone was very happy with the food.
