    We had a pretty good time visiting the distillery today. Even during COVID times, this location is huge and they take reservations, walk-ins and are offering a very limited Sensory Tour.

    The Sensory Tour was pretty awesome and included the tasting of their 4 more common whiskey offerings. Highly recommended! We learned not only about the history of the distillery but about whiskey in general.

    The restaurant offers a variety of food. We ordered the Brisket Mac & Cheese, and their Cheeseburger. Both were delicious! For dessert, their version of a cinnamon bun was very tasty.

    The only reason why I don't give this a 5 star is because I feel like service could have been a little faster and definitely more attentive. Otherwise, great place and most definitely awesome whiskey!

    Loved this place! The shuttle system was nice and Bill the driver had some cool info for the short trip. Food and beverage selection was great and the cocktails were delicious.

    Owners that care about craft and just happen to have exponentially grown in the past five years. The ranch is a beautiful backdrop for taking in the fresh air and sipping well-balanced whiskey. Grab a flight for the whiskey connoisseurs or a wine/beer for those just along for great company.
    All the staff were friendly and greeted us warmly (during this not so delightful pandemic).

    My experience here was amazing. From the shuttle ride to the distillery. The driver gives you a little history to the land and the distillery on the way up. Once you arrive the view is beautiful. Staff is the sweetest and very attentive. The brunch is the best! Everything is delicious. They were also able to accommodate our party of 30 people. I highly recommend the brunch, tour and tasting. High West has been our favorite whiskey for a long time. Glad they are Utah local.
