“Extensive menu options with authentic Mexican dishes, I had the mole and it was delicious! Presentation of some of the dishes could improve but all the flavors were very good. The complimentary salsa was delicious but the small bowls were only 1/2 full so we had to ask for more. Also, the chips were very bland, no seasoning at all. Prices are a bit high, surprising for Vernal or even Salt Lake City. Service was good, even though there was a bit of language barrier. Small place, difficult if you have a large group. We’ll worth trying!”

“Great food, great atmosphere. Overall a great place to bring a whole party of people in for a quick and tasty meal. Drinks arent watered down and the chicken sandwich i ordered was great. My favorite part was the crispy bun! My waitress today was Lacey(?) and she did a great job keeping on top of everything, checking on us constantly and bringing any little extra requests like sauces in as soon as she could. She deserved an extra tip for all her hard work :)”

“This Beto’s is great! We didn’t realize they had a drive-thru because we came through the opposite side of the parking lot so we didn’t see it on the side of the building. The inside was very clean and spacious, the employees were very nice, the service was fast, and the food was delicious! My husband got the bacon breakfast burrito and I got the steak. My first bite was pure steak and it was amazing! My husband said the bottom of his was packed with bacon (and he weirdly said it was too much) so if you like lots of bacon or steak in your burrito I would definitely recommend!”

“I don't usually post reviews on a gas station, but this one was awesome! The associates were so pleasant first thing in the morning! There were fresh donuts! I was so glad the guys in front of me didn't get all the fritters! There was plenty of brewed coffee and the machine with the chocolate and other additives was working! Yay! It also looked like their hot breakfast sandwiches were in demand! The store was clean and so were the restrooms. They were busy but there was plenty off staff. Kudos to this place!”

“It's been years since I've eaten here, so when I pulled up, I needed a little time to look over the menu. I was prompted after 5 seconds of not giving an order "for help in finding something". It takes me more than 5 seconds to read the board. When I did put my order in, I was told they didn't have anything cooked that I ordered & was asked to adjust my order. I still had to wait for my new order to be cooked. So, why was I rushed to put in my order? There was no one in the drive through & the parking lot was not full. The food we got was good, but the service doesn't make me want to be a returned customer.”

“Shout out to Tabitha tonight! While waiting to place my order I watched this woman take orders, cash out, cook and box every item she was selling all while being in the store alone. Yes it took time but she was doing it all with a smile on her face and more hospitality than most fast food delivers. I wanted to jump in and help her knowing her struggle and asked if she was alone. Her response was "no, but they are all out back talking". There was a line of cars and it was close to a twenty minute wait as she ran around trying to help everyone as quickly as she could. I circled around back as I left and what looked like two managers were just chatting by the back door letting her struggle. Most problems we have encountered at this location at night is with management, the employees are down to earth, friendly and hospitable. It's dispointing to see hard workers suffering because of a lack of team work. I'd have offered her a job in a heart beat if I had a position open. Good job tonight Tabitha, you are killing it! Keep up the amazing job, we appreciate you!”

“We picked up pizza while passing by the city from Dinosaurs national monument to Salt Lake City. The Pizza place is small and perfect pickup place. There is no dine in option. We ordered the Thin crust veggie delight, added extra toppings of pineapple and red peppers. The service is quick. We got our order ready in 15 mins. We also ordered their marinara sauce, good in taste.”

“The best taco truck in Vernal! Delicious tacos, at a great price. But the funny thing is, they have some of the best burgers in town! There used to be a burger place called Polar King. It was one of Vernal's hidden gems. It was torn down for a hotel, but this taco truck has their recipe and even one of their grills! Fantastic burgers!”
