    Hugo is the sushi chef, such a nice guy. The mango habanero and the Texas are must tries. Ask Hugo to make you something custom, you won't be disappointed.

    The sushi looks really good, but it can taste better. The rice is warm and not marinated with the sushi vinegar. It'll taste awesome if they try to improve their rice.

    My wife and I came across this place about 2 years ago and immediately fell in love. The prices are great and the sushi has always been fresh. No fishy taste or smell. One complaint, if you dine in eat in the front. The back is a little smelly from the nail salon. Other than that, enjoy!

    I live near San Francisco... I visit Provo often and love Bonsai Sushi. This place has the best sushi around .. even better than most places in "The City"... Can't wait to enjoy a wonderful lunch here again..
