Can't wait for them to open again. Absolutely fabulous food.
Very good Korean food. They recently moved from a store in the same complex, but this new spot has a lot more space. Wait times were a little long but nothing unbearable by any measure. The food is always fantastic and the waitress/host was very nice and attentive. I’d say it’s the best Korean around.
Priced at average of $14 per plate. More if you order drinks other than water.
Food was very good, but the wait for it was very long - I'd say about 40 to 45 minutes after we ordered 2 plates. They bring you vegetable sides before the meal, in the way that other restaurants bring bread or rolls. These seem to be fairly unlimited. However, we didn't get ours until maybe 5 minutes before our food was served. It would have been good to have them sooner to make the long wait less of a hungry, sad time.
Once we received our meal, the service was super attentive, but up until that point, not so much. They took our order quickly, and brought our water in a fair amount of time, but there was a distinct feeling of wondering if they had forgotten about us in-between ordering and eating.
4 stars is a round up from what I would like to rate this place - 3.5 stars. Food was delicious, vegetable sides were very good, and entrees were perfectly seasoned. Service was lacking and the wait was rough for us. Maybe we caught them on a bad night, but Friday nights seem like the night to impress your guests to me or at least have enough staff to make them feel good while they're waiting. I don't want to come down hard on these guys; they were kind, helpful people. However, I did feel neglected for nearly an hour.
This is one of our favorite Korean restaurants around, but come early as food is cooked fresh and can take time. The Korean seafood pancake small dish/ appetizer is always good. We had the spicy pork and octopus and beef soup which both tasted great. They do give you give sides with your meal which are good. Recommend coming here if you have time.
I would’ve given this place a five star review if the prices were a little bit less, especially for a quick lunch. The portions were actually very adequate and I really liked the flavor of both the spicy and the sweet meat. The service was also good but when the rush of lunch got there it was a little bit harder to get your drinks free filled. Overall it was a good experience. I would go back and have lunch here again.
