In all honestly, we were excited for the black burger… it was nothing to rave about and we didn’t finish it. The bread was not that good. Drinks were terrific and the dessert cookie was great too. Beautiful views and beautiful tables and set up.
Elk bolognese was the best! Our server Deb and Lindsay were very attentive and accommodating.
Bakhyt was such a treat! She was our server, who helped us navigate our way through the menu. Not being from the area, there were a lot of new things to try.
The omelette was five star. The texture of the egg was very airy. The cream sauce and fresh herbs put it over the top.
The fresh baked breads were a out of the park. No pun intended. Especially used with the French toast.
Everything was scratch made, and you can taste the difference.
The pancakes had a scratch made compote style berry jelly which was very inviting leaving me for more.
Local ingredients.
When we came in, the ladies at the front said there were no tables available, even though there were at least two empty tables that we saw. They said the wait time was one hour, so we reserved a table, and when we came in an hour later, those same tables were still available. At least we were able to get a table at all, but it didn’t feel like the wait was necessary. The dishes were slightly too salty and spicy. The waiter was very nice and attentive. Even though there are spices in excess, the dishes were very good, and we even finished the leftovers later on.
