“This place is inside a shared work building. It’s in the lobby. No tables service. You order at the counter and they call your name. Very casual but great food and service. There was a lot of good items on the menu to choose from. There was people seating by the fire place and some people just grabbing coffee and working on the tables. No one was bothering you or trying to rush you out you could relax which is nice. I thought it was going to be super crowded by how many cars where in the parking lot but there was plenty of tables. Read a review that said they only have plastic silverware but they do have metal silverware available. It’s wrapped in cloth napkins behind the bin for plastic.”

“I had the French Toast combo (an egg, two pieces of bacon, and two slices of toast). The French toast was warm and battered perfectly to have that slightly salty tinge that worked great with the sweet maple syrup provided. I had my egg scrambled and my taste buds were happy to make out the savour of salty butter and egg together.”

“Best ramen we have had so far in Davis County! The staff is great! I think it’s the owners that run it and their son was our waiter and he did so great! We did the Spicy Miso Ramen and the Spicy Beef Ramen with an appetizer of the cream cheese wontons and some edamame on the house! They were all so very good!”

This winter I tried their hand/heart warming, Champurrado (thickened Mexican hot chocolate w/ cinnamon) it’s a perfect drink for the cold snowy days. “This was kind of expensive for the amount of food you got. Don’t expect to take home any leftovers. I got a salad with the steak and the sesame ginger vinaigrette with some good toppings. I wish they would mix it all together with the sauce but I LOVED the dressing. The steak was marinated well too! We also got the guacamole made with edamame and avocado and we really enjoyed eating that. Their Fresca drinks were tasty as well and we tried them all. I’d def go back for a quick lunch but I really want to buy that vinaigrette in bulk :)”

“4.5 out of 5 for chicken fingers. You can really taste the grease in the chicken. Food came quickly. Service was great. Setting was fun, local and clean. Family friendly food. Yes they have kids meals. I believe they have a secret menu to discover. Order off the menu or custom order as long as it’s chicken strips. Great sauce get extra. Crinkle fries were just the perfect amount of crispy. Recommend for date night. Pricey for a family of 4 but what isn’t these days. Go check this place out.”

They're very cheap and there is so much food given to you, the mini is still a ton of food. 10% Military Discount along with it covering veterans, post office and a few other groups of people. “01/05/2024 I've been coming to this gas station for years and I am always impressed by the friendly staff that work here. And the price of gas is considerably cheaper here compared to other places. Today I got gas and all I had was a bunch of one dollar bills to pay with. Most the time places don't like people paying with a wad of ones, but that's all I had. The lady at the register with the spikey hair and green rimmed glasses was super helpful and didn't mind counting them out and printing a authorization code. I wish I had gotten their name but I didn't think to ask. Anyways, I appreciate the smile and how polite they were to work with today. I was having a rough day and it really helped me feel a bit better. So thank you, I will for sure be coming back. The service at this Maverick is great.”
