It has been remodeled since the last time i had been here. the emp that i had dealt with when paying for my items needs a lot a training. i went and got a ice water and he tried charging me full price as if i got a soda. I questioned it and he was like uh, um. i told him other maverick charge me only 50 cents for it. the the was just ringing up drinks (refills new cups smaller sizes) and finally did a small drink 99 cents. by this time i was not happy and just paid it and left. not sure if i will be back to this location.”

“Well this isn't exactly the nicest upscale station, but they were nice to me. I broke down just up the road and it was a good place to be broke down by. I got some supplies all good prices, i might add. And i needed some Tylenol for a headache, but what i picked up was expired and i told the cashier and she called the owner or manager and he came right out and helped me find some more. Very nice guy. It was very kind. I couldn't have gotten through the night with that headache. The restrooms were nice as well. Thank you :)”

I prefer it over fizz as they’re not as sugary and too sweet. “This is a good maverick when you know who works here. There are certain employees like Amanda who always is there to help when she’s in and has a good personality that’s inviting for customers. However it does have a downside in management. Shellys energy makes me and others hurry and find the items wanted and leave. It’s most definitely a different atmosphere depending on the employees that is working at the time or if Shelly’s there with other employees, they tend to be off putting when she’s there and back to normal when she’s not there. Other staff are pretty good as well, I’m just not sure of there names.”

“Great burgers and fries. The Swanson and the Mr T were both excellent, the pastrami was top notch and the egg on the other was cooked perfectly. The fries, sweet potato fries and the onion rings were all crisp and hot. The place was clean and the service was fast and friendly. “Great beer, super good food, and really cool atmosphere. This place is a much needed improvement over the old Ogden River Brewing that used to be here. Service was great as well. I had the buffalo wings with fries and ranch. The wings were some of the best I've had in a while. Nothing over the top, but super good. The ranch was made in house. The fries were great as well. I had 2 beers: Cloudy With a Chance of Simcoe (Pale Ale) and Are You Afraid of the Dark (Porter). Both were excellent. My wife had the turkey bacon avocado sandwich with a strawberry lemonade, and she loved everything. We shared the funeral potato appetizer which turned out to be a lot of food, but they were cooked perfectly crispy and flavorful. Overall, highly recommend this spot. Glad to see another brewery in town that's worth going to!”
