Wonderful food and great service! My dessert was wonderful too. If I'm ever back in town I'll visit again!

Good food, good salad bar, great happy server attitudes. The place is one of the ones that stays open past 9pm. Full bar and full menu. Our servers were really happy and fun. Food was prepared very well and came out quick. Atmosphere is lively and noisy but fun and noise level is tolerable. Outside eating by the side of Otter Creek is available too. Very nice setting to enjoy a summer dinner. Drinks were generously poured which is a nice treat for a change.
We came in after 9 pm and there was some room but at 10 the place started to really fill up. We walked in without reservation on a Friday night. Will go back again while in Middlebury.

Good food in a nice laid back setting. I had the chicken parmesan and it was perfect! Service was good and prompt. The desert cookie is huge! Plan on sharing it! They also have a bread and salad bar with lots of goodies. I will be going back again for sure.

I really enjoy Mr. Ups, specifically when I'm looking for an experience that is less formal than Fire and Ice but less casual than Rosie's. The staff is always friendly, the cuisine is tasty American fare, and the salad bar is a notch above (they've got bread and cheese). Outside seating on the Otter Creek in summer is stunning. Dinner entrees hover around $15. Definitely one of my favorites when I'm in the area.
