We had an amazing 2 hours tubing and skiing with Jackson on the Epic !! I recommend this Captain.

Basin Harbor is a lovely retreat for families with so many activities to choose from, where do I begin? From water sports to quiet mornings on the porch swings, Basin Harbor has it all that you could expect from a lakeside resort. The waitstaff is attentive and very polite, and the food is exquisite.

31 of us were in attendance for our family reunion were very comfortably accommodated. The grounds remined me of an English garden with its manicured flowering landscapes. The building we stayed in was a beautiful stone house built in 1792, and kept in beautiful condition for its age.

One huge plus was I never saw even one mosquito or horse fly. This is a perfect place for outdoor events!

Got married here. Was absolutely amazing. The planner was so friendly and accommodating for last minute planning. We had the best time, and want to return in the future!

First. Although the location and views are stunning, I will not stay here again. I have been to a conference here three times over the past 6 years. I am in a cabin now. Writing a review as I can't sleep, after watching a lovely sunset across the lake over the mountains on a wonderful deck. The problem is that this place has skimped on the beds. First stay sagging. This stay VERY firm as if it is a bed without springs or foam. I stay at a lot of hotels, Hilton, Marriott, Hampton Inn and friends' and family and always fall to sleep the minute my head hits the pillow. I've been uncomfortable for 3 hours in this bed of torture. So...what good is this lovely cabin without sleep? Next the food. Expensive and mediocre. Activities abound, all for more $$. The staff couldn't be more helpful and lovely. My cabin was very clean and lovely this time. My last stay hot water did not exist, and I moved twice, but never had hot water, but this cabin has it!! And a fridge. I would come here every year if the cabins had good beds. Come on. Get some pillow tops for your fancy cabins. The location is lovely. I'd probably bring my own food or travel to the next town to eat.. So expensive to eat here.
