The Friendly Toast

Come hungry! From the Pacman themed menus to the '80s music serenading us on the patio, it was a great time. On Wednesday it's half price burgers with the purchase of a beer. Waitress was kind and helpful, acknowledging the fact that the menu is huge and choices broad. Everything from breakfast to tacos. We started with the nachos. She had a breakfast type sandwich with sausage, eggs and cheese in a glazed donut. I had the Pit burger and a beer. We barely finished.

I wish we'd have discovered this place earlier in our trip. Definitely worth returning next time.

Service was great, very nicely remodeled. Love the theme. Outside seating is comfortable Lots of great choices on the menu. I had the Irish Benedict. Unfortunately, I wasn't a fan. The eggs were over cooked, the corned beef hash was very dry and the whole plate was pretty cold. I will absolutely go back to try something else though.

Love our Burlington version of TFT! My 3 kids all love the menu (which means you beat out 3/4 of Burlington’s otherwise phenomenal restaurants) and the adults can’t wait to return for the food and drink. This is one of those few remaining spots where we always get a quick table and a great meal. Maybe we’re just lucky.
