The restaurant was cute and had big floor to ceiling windows, but was easy to miss from the street, it was actually inside of a shared space with a coffee shop and some retailers. They offer gluten free buns/bread and a few vegetarian options. For a small town with few options this restaurant stood out.”

“Just walked in spur of the moment with a girlfriend to have some lunch. I ordered the smoked salmon three egg(!!) Omelet with sweet potato fries and broccoli. We chatted away after having the drink order placed and promptly served 2 min later. When I discovered that the broccoli was actually roasted and seasoned nicely instead of just plain blah ( something that happens often elsewhere) I started paying more attention my plate! Fresh hot crispy sweet fries and a delectable omelet stuffed to the nines with fresh veggies with a bite and salmon. No cardboard eggs here!! My friend had a hefty portion of fish and chips with coleslaw ( big bowl!). Travis ( chef, owner?) stopped by to check in, which I thought to be a really nice gesture for a restaurant like this. Not expected and we much enjoyed our chit chat. We will definitely be back! Hope he finds a jukebox to add to his diner, anyone know of one let them know please, he's looking.”

“Subway didn't thrill me. In all honesty, I had a problem with its cleanliness... I've really never seen the Subway in Newport so dirty. This is heartbreaking on the account that we love Subway. It is also a healthier choice for most of us on the go. I really hope management can fix this problem sooner than later.”

“We went to this restaurant on the recommendation of a friend and I'm glad we did. We arrived at supper time on a Sunday evening and found the place very busy. We were seated at a table for two in some very comfortable leather chairs. We had a beer each and made our order. I had farm style, fresh haddock filets baked with milk & butter and my lady had the Chicken n' Biscuits both great choices and delicious. This was rounded off with an ample selection from the open salad bar. The total came to $60 including drinks, tips and tax. Lastly I want to add that the service was friendly, helpful and efficient. It was an excellent experience. I'll be going back. I want to try their Sunday Breakfast Buffet.”

If not they have all the meat options that you could want. They had some amazing lunch specials with options under $10 and the meal sizes are fairly large too.
