Excellent service! Perfect laid back, rustic pub. Stellar beer list, nachos are amazing. Streamlined but diverse food assortment. Staff seems genuinely happy to serve you, vibe is fun. Customers of all ages were enjoying themselves. Right off I89... we will be stopping here again next time we’re in VT!

It's rare to find a restaurant where all employees are genuinely excited about serving each of their customers to ensure they have an excellent experience.

The food was was top of the line with a unique twist on pub fare. The staff were very
accommodating for dietary and allergy restrictions allowing for an even better experience overall.

If you are looking for a special beer, the draft craft beer selection was phenomenal as they do not do main stream beers.

If you are looking for a place to go in Waterbury, this is your place. Highly recommended!!

The pub nacho is where it’s at!! The perfection in flavor along with the sweet and salty keep you going back for more.
We also enjoyed a Munk fish special that they willingly modified to be gluten free for us. It was an absolutely delicious meal.
Once again we were extremely satisfied with our dining choice at the pub!

Pub nachos lived up to the hype and their tap list was the best variety I’ve seen in a long time! Bartenders were also super nice and helpful in planning our VT brew tour. Definitely worth a stop if you’re anywhere nearby.

Good location here, there's a parking lot nearby (pay for parking) as well as a nice beer store. The taplist here is incredible, as expected for a Vermont beer bar. I got a beer from Foam which was okay and Pliny the Elder on tap!

I ordered the BBQ Pork sandwich as my meal, and it was perfect. Cole slaw, cheese, and a delightful BBQ sauce made that sandwich amazing.

I love Vermont, and Blackback Pub is another reason why.

If you're in the fence about coming here, go. Great food and better beer.
