Prohibition Pig Brewery

Everytime I have guests that want to tour Vermont Pro-Pig is a must stop, the beer is fantastic (both in house and those carried from other breweries). I highly recommend stepping out off your comfort zone with their beers as I am not a sour fan, but have enjoyed every one I have tried here! The food is also fantastic, excellent bbq with Asian and Mexican influence. Staff is always friendly and engaging and the atmosphere is fantastic. If you are in Waterbury this is a place you must stop.

Some of the best beer selections I've experienced while traveling in the NE. Tremendous in-house brew and a nice selection of guest taps. Highly recommended. Cheers.

Stopped in for lunch and glad we did. Food was really good!! Next time we will have to go for dinner, during the day it's just the bar. Beer was very good and loved the design on the glass so much that I bought one.

Delicious food and great selection of beer! I didn't try their BBQ but the food I had was delicious. This used to be the one place you could get Heady Topper bear when it was harder to get, so there's some history here. There's two parts to this place, the brewery out back and the restaurant in the front. If you get here before opening, grab a beer at the brewery then enjoy a meal out front. I enjoyed this place a lot, I highly recommend it
