“Today was the first time we stopped in. They have been open for about 2 months, and we drive by them every day to bring our child to school. I got The Henny Penny that came with a small portion of chips and a side of pickles which was very good, we also got a container of potato salad, Asian salad, and a coleslaw, which were equally as good. The owner is very friendly, and the service was quick, and the food was fresh. Overall, it was a good experience. They are open from 7am-2pm Tuesday-Saturday. We stopped around 1045, and there were a couple of people there. If you're looking for a reasonably price breakfast or lunch, I would recommend The Bear Trail. The menu is subject to change”

“Amazing food, from um everything. Had the hot wings, crispy awesome flavor. The fries are stupendous. That burger I had, just perfect. Stopped in today with my mom. She was in awe of how good it was to. Great service is an understatement. Super friendly, always smiling. Great place. I can't say enough great things about this place. Stop in and see for yourself. You will not regret it.”

“I visited the tasting room after knocking myself out on the excellent trails at Ascutney. The location, service, and food were all excellent. What a way to relax and enjoy a great meal and oh yes the beer! I recommend stopping in and try a flight. Really great place!”

“This is a great little diner and ice cream shop. The service was excellent, my food was delicious, the atmosphere was welcoming, and everything was very clean. The only thing I would avoid in the future would be their Asian cuisine-inspired specials. My boyfriend got the sweet and sour chicken and shrimp stir-fry (or something along those lines) and while we were very impressed by the sheer number of shrimp that came on the dish, the flavor was a bit bland. My pulled pork and cup of chili, however, were incredible, so we will continue to stick to the standard diner fare when we inevitably return.”

“This could be a fun place to get together for drinks and a bite to eat but with only one person working both the bar and the kitchen service tends to be slow. Seems a shame because it is a convenient location.”

“I cannot stress enough how impressed I am with this establishment. I'm from RI originally, so my pizza standards are rather high (huge Italian/Greek population). Lived in NH for awhile and was wildly disappointed everywhere I've gone. Never expected to be so impressed way up here in Vermont. While it looks like your typical unassuming, small town pizzeria, the food is incredible. My partner took me here one night and now I'm hooked. Staff are also amazing people too. If you're in Windsor and craving pizza, make sure to stop here. It's even worth a drive to. I'll definitely keep coming back.”

“A very nice and very busy restaurant in an old train station. Very eclectic atmosphere and they had a Blue grass band playing in the bar area. The food was very good with good service. We even got to see the 6:15 commuter train right on time.”

“Everything is good there. From the homemade baked goods to the ladies who see you coming and have your drinks at your table by the time you get in the door. Excellent AYCE fish fry Thursday nights.”
