Timberwood Tap House

Great place to stop when you are on a road trip. If you want to stop in Charlottesville without driving the additional miles to downtown. It also a great alternative the tourist trap stops in the area. The staff was friendly and they offered a nice selection of healthier food options compared to some chain restaurants. It is located inside of a shopping center so you can stretch your legs before getting on the road again.

Great vibe here. Not far off the interstate. Very clean. Awesome Philly cheesesteak. Can choose between hand cut fries or beer battered. So good!

This was my first time visiting this location. They did not disappoint at all. The food was really good. Tyler was our server and he was personable, efficient and made excellent recommendations. Definitely stop by and ask for Tyler to be your server!!!

Delicious food, good atmosphere, helpful staff, great selection of food & drinks, good location, and free parking!

I would definitely come here more often if it weren't a little pricey!

We like to go here with friends who are visiting from out of town because there is a good drink & food selection that suits a variety of tastes.

In particular, I love the "Pad Thai-mberwood" with shrimp.

So so food. Nothing worth remembering. We did have very good service. Courteous, prompt, attentive. There are better chains around.
