Employees were very friendly and talked about my college t shirt I was wearing. Great customer service! However, the boneless wings were ok at best :( plenty of flavor but very soggy unfortunately. Cost was decent due to a discount for St. Patrick's day, but I would expect really great wings from a place who mainly only sells wings ? I may revisit just to see if I got a bad batch and will update my review accordingly.
I went 3 times on opening week. Service was a bit slow at first, but most of the employees were still learning so I wasn't upset. The 3rd time I had picked up my order and when I got home one of the 2 flavors was wrong (easy mistake since both flavors had the word "ranch" in the name). I spoke with the manager and he went fixed the mistake and then some! Great service!
Review based on 5 stars: 4.5*
Service: 4 - can be slow even when not super busy.
Location: 5 - Great shopping center with many options.
Atmosphere: 4 - Small for dine-in. Clean site with a couple of televisions.
Cost: 4 - Slightly better than average price for wings, without the "special day" prices some places have.
Flavors: 5 - Large selection of flavors to pick from. Should have something that fits anyone's pallet.
Quality: 5 - Wings were great. Decent amount of meat with the bone-in types. Some places have larger wings, but they are usually fattier. The boneless are actually kinda big and have great taste also.
Great service, was honest and open about limited menu due to being newly opened. Wings were cooked and seasoned well. Very promising new restaurant keep up the good work. Would recommend all wing lovers come in for an amazing experience.
Great food. Delicious wings and several sauce options. They strive to provide great customer service. Manager Kyle knocked it out of the park during our visit. Will definitely make this a regular stop.
Wings were cooked well. Nice and crispy. I haven’t found many places that cook them like in upstate NY.
Wings themselves were a bit light on meat. I prefer them meatier. I’m not a skinny dude but I put away 16 wings no problem.
Sauce was good. Not overly spice. I won’t get the garlic Parmesan buffalo. It was good just not my jam. Hot ones was closer to a medium than a real spicy hot. Which was good because I don’t love blazing hot wings.
Fries were very good.
Store was clean, although it just opened. I don’t see it being an issues.
Staff friendly.
Overall, I’ll be going back.
