“the mill room has been one of my favorite restaurants in the area for several decades. They've recently rented the inside and it's an absolutely beautiful change. It's brighter but still has that old Mill feel. The food is still exceptional. The staff are all very friendly and accommodating. It's always a wonderful experience. I will say that I missed The lunch buffet that they used to have. I'm hoping that they bring it back because I'm not sure I will go back for lunch with the buffet gone.”

“The Greencroft Club was absolutely, unbelievably amazing! I had my wedding there this past May and I couldn't have asked for anything better. The ceremony was outside and the events team went above and beyond to make everything look so beautiful. The food was to die for! They customized the menu to fit mine and my husband's tastes and personalized it to reflect our personalities. We had the entire property to ourselves and the whole staff made us feel like we were home, so welcoming and accomodating.”

“The food was great. The dumplings for the appetizer were wonderful. I loved the Brussels sprouts and spinach. The fish in my sandwich was perfectly fried and the fries(though I didn't let myself eat many) were also perfectly prepared. My husband had steak and enjoyed it and the sides that accompanied it as well. Nice atmosphere, but very popular so it was rather loud on a Friday night. I wouldn't go here at a busy time to have a quiet intimate dinner, but overall we liked it a lot. Definitely would come back. No photos of food cause we dug in as soon as it came because it was so good.”

“This is a BP gas station. My experience there was fine. On the date of my visit the price of regular gasoline was higher (remember, this is in Crozet) than gas stations on route 250 near Albemarle Western High School, just a couple of miles away. There is a convenience store there and an ice cream shop. Being lactose intolerant, The ice cream shop was not what I was there for. So, I can offer no insight regarding that. This was the only time I have ever been to this business location.”

It may seem at first glance like a sports bar, but in reality this place is more just a popular spot for local folk to grab a meal. There is a considerable variety of sandwich options, one of which is vegetarian. Also expect good soups and local brews. The staff are amicable, and accommodating. This is not a health food place, and the meals are a little greasy. If you are hungry for something filling and tasty this is a good option. It does tend to get a little busy at peak hours, as it is a popular location.”
