Red Lobster

Red Lobster is my annual Birthday splurge. Always get the King Crab Legs. Service here was really good during this visit and the portions were pretty generous and our server did keep bringing those awesome biscuits! We did have to return the first lobster tail because it was scrawny and way over cooked but they gave us a replacement with no questions.

Lobster fest is always worth it. Service was a bit slow, especially getting drinks from the bar. It didn't seem that busy, so...anyway pretty good surf and turf!

Waitress was really nice, biscuits and Caesar salad was good. And I've had other dishes in the past that were good. This time my son and I ordered the endless shrimp and all the different choices tasted mediocre, and the sesame ginger grilled shrimp was raw in the center including the do over, I'm guessing maybe the shrimp was a bit frozen when it was put in the broiler. My rating is for the endless shrimp not for all the dishes available which I'm sure it's better.

Updating my above review and changing from 2 to 4 stars, they made good on customer satisfaction and I went back and tried the fried seafood platter since I still had trust issues with the broiled foods but I'm sure they have made corrections to the broiled foods. The fried platter was delicious.

Usually this is a good place. Today the kitchen staff was off. It took way, way to long to get our order. The waitress was good in her explanation, the manager never showed. We paid for our kids meals, which came fairly quickly and left. I was most disappointed in management who never came to explain nor acknowledge the slow kitchen staff.

I can't believe I'm leaving a five star review for the local Red Lobster, but we had great food and service. Seriously, the best service I've had in ages. Paul is the server you want! Honestly, a great deal for the money, and we enjoyed all but the skewered shrimp which was overdone. Even on a Saturday evening, we were seated quickly (used the call ahead feature online to join the waiting list). We'll go again soon, and we'll aas for Paul!
