Cracker Barrel Old Country Store

Good location little difficult to access off the interstate I81. Arrived safely was greeted promptly with a smile. The entire dining experience was good. The food was up to Cracker Barrel standards restrooms clean. Stop here on you next trip.

A staff person welcomed me near the door & looked & sounded like she really WAS glad I was there! (Wasn't wooden & expressionless like people can get after saying welcome for the 300 th time that shift)! Always enjoy the down home feeling & great food @ Cracker Barrel!

I frequently eat at cracker barrel. I usually have a great meal and great servers. If I had an issue with the food prep it was taken care of. Just went for lunch today. Excellent food and server. We eat there quite often.

Fair but friendly service. My beef was overcooked, but I didn't take time to complain because I was in a hurry. Steak sauce made it better. There was no wait to get seated due to our late arrival, but it did seem to take longer to have our orders served. Waitress only checked on us a couple of times, but it was getting late and I'm sure she had responsibilities to take care of. Not sure why most Cracker Barrel locations are so difficult to get into the parking lots.

I ate here the other day, and it was very good! The food was good and the service was great! Was told there would be about a 15min wait and it didn’t take that long. The only reason I couldn’t give it a 5 is because like most Cracker Barrel’s they have so much stuff in the front area and when it gets busy it gets crowded and you can’t move because you might hit something or someone. Definitely wish corporate would look into maybe moving somethings around.
