Texas Steakhouse & Saloon

The mismanagement of this place is disappointing. This used to be our favorite steakhouse. The food is still great, but the service is obismal! We waited extremely long for our waiter to come take our order. The wait for food was about what you would expect. Our server checked in once and took forever to come leave our bill and then another wait for it to be picked up and brought back. I really hope they can find someone to bring this restaurant back to what it used to be.

Waitress was wonderful & very attentive. Got there around 445 on a Friday night, restaurant wasn't busy, but getting food from the kitchen timely seemed to be an issue. Almost 50 minutes before our dinner arrived. Appetizers took around 20 minutes. Waitress kept checking on us & apologizing for the wait, but was very on top of any needs we had at our table.

The waitstaff can make or break an otherwise wonderful meal. Kennedy proved to be both efficient, and attentive even though it was nearing closing. It was a pleasure to have her as our server and she is a credit to your staff!

It's normally delicious! However our last experience wasn't as good. The service was great! The food took longer than usual and wasn't as good as it usually is it was still good though. The onion blossoms are the BEST!

My family decided to stop here for dinner. Our server, Aaron, was professional, knowledgeable, attentive and very nice. We ordered the petals, Chipotle chicken, steaks, salads and burgers. Everything was good until my steak arrived. It was over cooked. However, the moment that I showed our server that my steak wasn't right he offered another. I declined as my family needed to "get back on the road." Natalie, the manager, came over, apologized, and offered another steak. I thanked her but declined as we needed to leave. She took the steak off of the check and gave us dessert. Everyone else liked their meals. We will eat here again and I'll recommend it to others. It's good for groups, families, couples and for dining alone.
