“I went to school in Lexington and visited Canton all the time. After graduation, I moved away, and have since spent time in Seattle, San Francisco, and Portland. I still dream of the Chinese food at Canton! I’ve never found a place as good at all of the classic Chinese staples. They have amazing egg drop soup, great egg rolls, and delicious shrimp and broccoli. I’ve never had shrimp and broccoli better than the dish they serve here. Instead of the more typical thick brown sauce, they use a delicate white sauce that is mind-blowingly good. I was inspired to write this review by yet another mediocre Chinese experience here on the West coast. I need to come back to Virginia soon!!”

“Great experience and atmosphere. Brisket was fork tender, and being able to sample all of the variety of sauces is a plus. Sauce is available in various sized containers for take-out and reasonably priced. Home made salads and baked beans all delicious. The slaw is highly recommended. This is going to be a regular go to for us.”
