Domino's Pizza

I happened to have a bad experience with an order here, however the store manager reached out to me and they absolutely made up for it responsibly and generously.
I will remain a happy customer

This location is awesome. I have been there several times now, and the employees seem to work well together, and appear to work hard. That is nice to see when you go into a restaurant, but they also are great with the customers. I had to wait a while on a busy night and was offered a drink at no charge (didn't accept it because I felt like it was my fault I had to wait, but the gesture was incredible). Another time I was using a gift card and came up a few cents short and they told me not to worry about it. Honestly, my experience with customer service in Charlottesville is that it doesn't exist, but in this great little franchise location it certainly does. Keep up the great work!!!

I will say 5th Street Dominos is very nice place to get the best pizza I would say I have never had a bad pizza made by them and they're very kind and clean

We usually get large thin crust pizzas, 1 deluxe and one veggie. I order the veggie with extra yellow peppers, extra onion and extra fresh chunks of tomato. Tonight's pizza was even better than usual! Kudos to the makers!!!!
