Potbelly Sandwich Shop

Always good to have a Potbelly around! Similar to the stores in NOVA, good quality food, staff, etc.

Very nice. You'd expect a new place like this to serve bland processed food but it was pretty good. They have a nice variety too. Service was nice and fast. Even though the girl who waited on me didn't speak very good English and my Spanish is nonexistent, we made it work and I really appreciate her effort. I do wonder how the employees are treated, I think that management needs to put more effort into creating a nice work environment and maybe they'll keep employees.

Great sandwiches and salads. Had a wonderful time in my first ever visit. Everyone was so friendly and professional. Recommended you to the doctors at UVA.

This is a newer location and you can tell. All the decor looks great and it's clean inside the restaurant. The downside of being new though, is that they're slow. It's a snails pace to get food ordered. Also, everything is measured out exactly as prescribed, so no extra meat for you. Once you do get your food its good, but it doesn't blow anything out of the water.
