Such great food! We love the pupusas, so excited we can get them here in Charlottesville. It's very affordable and their staff is so friendly.

Great authentic foods all made from scratch and love. The prices are very reasonable and there is a huge variety of foods to choose. The ladies working the the front and table are all so sweet ! Thanks for the wonderful experience. We will be coming again.

They make excellent Pan Talera for Mexican Torta Sandwiches. They carry everything you need to prepare authentic Mexican and Central America cuisine.

Great place to go for a bite. Its currently closed(the restaurant portion) for renovations and expansion. The shopping section is nice and they have a great variety of things to choose from. If you're Hispanic and are looking for cooking ingredients you won't be disappointed and even if you're not you can make up new dishes. Prices are very reasonable and from time to time they'll drop a few item free of charge like a soda.

This place has things you cannot find at Wegmans or Kroger, like:

good deals on spices,
cotton candy,
large cooking pots,
passion fruit jam,
chocolate coating to dip bananas and other frozen fruits in,
Pepinesa sandwich spread made with sweet pickles and pimentos,
pineapple pie,
ground shrimp,
dried eucalyptus leaves (great for putting in a hot bath to open your sinuses and help you breathe better).

I can't wait to come back and try some baked goods.
