“Brand new place, the chips, salsa and white sauce were amazing. Sweet tea was great and tasty. Shelby, our waitress was very patient and sweet, and took great care of us. The other staff was attentive and even checked on us often. Food was great, tastes like homemade and have great authentic variety you don’t get at other places. “I am from Cincinnati, born and raised, so when I saw there is a Cincinnati chili place in the Hampton Roads, I cried I was so happy. The people were soooo nice and I have to say that the chili is extremely close to the taste of Skyline. You can tell they put their own personal spin on it, and it is just as delicious. In addition to that, they give you very generous portions. No detail was missed, they even offer you oyster crackers (which they do in every Skyline)!! The Cincinnati/Ohio nostalgia on the walls is very real (all pictures of places I grew up around!) and truly made me feel like I had a tiny piece of home with me. Thank you for making this happen in the Hampton Roads!”

“was extremely busy around 6:30 pm as per usual because of dinner rush. and I’m talking line to the door busy with mobile order that also needed to be completed. I just want to say that the staff was INCREDIBLE!!!!! They were all working as a team and definitely busting their behinds to get orders out as fast as possible. the guy that helped me had glasses and a buzz cut and something red that ran vertical down his neck. maybe a tattoo or scar? ANYWAYS. HE deserves a raise. he was very apologetic and explained the situation and he didn’t even owe me anything, much less an explanation. would definitely recommend this location to friends and family in the future!!!!!!”

This place is very basic, but I ordered the spring rolls ($4.25) and the Combination Pho, and it was incredible. Very delicious for a quick meal and within my budget. I will be going back”

“Ended up here on a Wednesday night on a whim. Winston's is happenin'! It was music bingo night! Joy, our amazing waitress, was so welcoming, inviting, and wonderful! She took amazing care of us and kept the drinks fresh. The food was very good, the entertainment was great fun, and the atmosphere was exactly what I wanted. Winston's is blessed with a great staff, a great location, and an outstanding vibe.
