    to all the people giving 1 star reviews: this is a BRAND NEW store which involves training NEW staff. you need to give it some time before you start to complain about trivial issues. i had a great experience. drive thru was smooth and staff was very friendly.

    4/7/22: Day one seems like a success! There will always be complaints - it's a brand new store in a massively popular chain - stay calm. There were plenty of workers and managers to solve any issues. Both the ordering and pickup stations of the drive-thru were covered from rain. Our order was correct and process was relatively fast. Traffic and parking will definitely be an issue but move away if that's not your thing.

    Good first experience on their first day of being open. Parking might be a little tough, getting in and out. But that's fine, because I'm just so glad I don't have to drive to Springfield anymore! Welcome to the neighborhood!

    I had a wonderful experience at this Chick Fil A. The customer service was great and my food tasted amazing. I could see the driveway and parking situation possibly being congested in the future but other than that this is a great location. ⭐️
