At last, Reston welcomes its very own speakeasy. Entering through Open Road, an unmarked door ushers you into Heirloom. Drawing inspiration from its sibling, Salt, the cocktails here are unparalleled in their uniqueness, elegance, and taste. The cuisine shines as premium tapas reminiscent of what you'd encounter in a chic New York bar. With its dim, cozy lighting, Heirloom sets the perfect scene for deep, intimate conversations among friends.
Its a speakeasy styled restaurant inside of another restaurant. Kinda interesting, especially in RTC. The drinks are crafted, ice cubes are clear stamped or shaped, smoke bubbles .. nice attention to detail.
Food is similar, nicely made beautifully presented. No complaints about the place. Our server was more than helpful.
Definitely will return for another meal.
Came here for a birthday dinner. The food and drinks did not disappoint. Delicious. I highly recommend the sparks of joy cocktail, and the coconut trifle for dessert. The service was amazing.
I only wish the restaurant area had been designed to be more insulated from the noisy bar. There were patrons in the bar cackling so loudly you could hear them all the way in the bathroom, and this was a Thursday night.
We will definitely be back, preferably on a quieter evening.
Interesting well balanced cocktails, and starters. We shared a porterhouse between two with 3 sides. The steak was perfectly cooked with good flavour, although the sides were a bit small.
A very cool surprise tucked away inside Open Road behind a heavy ornate door, like a speakeasy. The prawn appetitizer and foccacia were delicious! The drinks were very well-made. The rigatoni dish was small but hearty but wow, that roast chicken was one of the best meal I’ve ever eaten. Will go back just for that! Charming jazzy vibe, beautiful decor, and good menu. Deducted 1 star for service. Our waitress was a bit dry/made odd side commentsto my husband and I. Also, we didn’t see her much thru the night at all so other staff ended helped us thru the night. Also the bar area is very loud.
