Much better than Starbucks in RTC but the cashiers are pushy on upselling things I haven't ordered. Further, the main drink barista isn't backed at the espresso machine when there are many orders which results in slow, methodical service rather than an assembly line of drink preparation to get paid customers with drinks in hand and on to the next thing.
Just opened and provides a much-needed casual meeting place, whether you're meeting family or business acquaintances. There are 2 rooms to relax and enjoy delicious Peet's coffee, as well as outside seating. I was there on a weekday afternoon and it was packed but didn’t feel busy: the staff is efficient and friendly and customers were socializing or enjoying their coffee in quiet solitude. I tried their cold brew coffees and every one has a different, unique flavor profile. The competing chain located in the Town Center is too crowded, understaffed, and cramped-it never felt like a coffee house. And don’t even mention the prices. That's why Peet's offers the best venue for your coffee needs: comfort, price, atmosphere and service.
Gorgeous new location, friendly baristas, and the usual Peet's deliciousness. Parking is a bit wonky, but such is RTC, after all.
Free WiFi and plenty of space in two separate rooms to sit down and enjoy your coffee, talk with friends, browse the web, etc. They also have outdoor seating which will be nice once the weather warms up a tad. Very friendly and welcoming staff. They have a free rewards points program that you can sign up for at the register and then just use your phone number for future visits. Clean restrooms. I'd highly recommend this coffee shop versus the Starbucks in Town Center. The Starbucks is tiny in comparison to Peet's with only a few seats inside. The Starbucks also tends to be a little dirty and not well kept.
