“Monthly Special diners. I have been to several of these meals and they have all been wonderful. The wines they pair the food with, have been superb. It has been fun meeting new people and chatting about the food. It was nice receiving a copy of the menu and wines. I was able to purchase all the wines listed at our local wine shop. Servers are very generous with their wine pours which is a pleasant surprise. Monthly Saturday brunch special was awesome. Not many in attendance, which is a shame. It is called Bubbles and Brunch. Being a champagne lover I was sad that I could only get one glass, but it paired great with the breakfast menu. A bloody mary ,or coffee could be substituted for the mimosa. You will not be disappointed. Friendly service, great food and a warm atmosphere .”

“I was very happy to add this location to Google maps but more importantly I am super excited to finally have a good Thai place in Reston/Herndon area! Although my favorite Thai places still are Sense of Thai Street in One Loudoun - Ashburn, My Thai Place -Ashburn and Nada Thai in Vienna, this is a very good Thai restaurant too. They are a small restaurant so you may want to make reservation or call and pick up or they deliver but only using Doordash. The chicken drunken noodles and a couple other noodle dishes tried so far at this location are good. The half price night steak included a large piece of steak but it was a bit tough. We have been to this location twice as of this writing and the service has been good considering this is only their second week of being open. The atmosphere is homey; it has bookshelves with books and nick nacks on the walls. We will go back often. If you found this review helpful, please like it. Thank you!”

“Went here for a friend's birthday. There was a large group of us and we had a reservation. We ended up waiting a long time past our reservation time for our table. “Went with my fraternity brother and our wives and my real brother to celebrate my fraternity brother and my birthdays (same date and year). We both would have ordered the short ribs, but they were out of them. Three appetizers, five entrees, a bottle of wine and a desert was about $245. We've been to another of their restaurants, and we knew what it was about, and we weren't disappointed, and we'd go again. We had made reservations for four, but as we had five full-sized adults, it was quite a jam for three of us to cram into one side of a four person booth. If you're watching your weight, there's a calorie counting section in the back of the menu. They call it mindful eating, although I pointed out to our server that I could be more or just as aware eating the full-sized portions we chose.”

“The lobster rolls are delicious, if a bit light on lobster, but the greatest flaw of this store is the complete lack of FRIES! How can you not serve fries?? For $15 I would expect the roll + fries, instead of JUST a roll. I can go to Legal Seafood and get a full lobster roll meal with fries, a drink, and a roll loaded with Lobster for just slightly more than what Mason’s is asking for just a roll. I guess the argument Mason’s is making is the quick convenience of coming in for just the roll, but I don’t quite think its worth it.”

“I had really high hopes for this place; I've been wanting to go for a few years but sadly wasn't blown away. I have to say, I loved the service and loved the fact that they had a gluten free menu and brought me out gluten free free bread (a very nice touch for any place, but I really admired the gesture). The baked goat cheese appetizer was delicious also. However, my steak was just alright. I was hoping for something more, or really just at least enjoyable but was under-wealmed. It wasn't a bad experience, but left me feeling like I didn't need to return to try it again.”

“I really enjoyed this place. I took my wife here for her birthday, because he wanted to have a really fancy dinner where we dressed up and ate really good food at a very high cost. The food was absolutely excellent, well worth the cost. That is one of the best steaks I've ever had and the lobster was absolutely phenomenal. Really good flavor, cooked perfectly. I cannot give this 5 stars because the place was really dark, like really dark ( I attached a picture of the dining room to show how dark it was). Also, the server was great throughout the entire meal except at the end. We waited 15 minutes to get our check. After we finish dessert the check comes next naturally and he did not come back for 15 minutes at least. That kind of sucks because we really had to go. All in all great place, good food, costly, but well worth it.”

“Loved the experience at Mason's Lobster Rolls. I was very excited to see it open and couldn't wait to try it. I was NOT disappointed at all. They were very kind and helpful in explaining the variety of lobster rolls on the menu and soups available. Very clean and a few tables to eat it. Perfectly buttered and toasted just right and a generous portion of lobster! The gluten free roll was surprisingly good as it did not fall apart of crumble at all. The New England clam chowder was delicious with good flavors and it is even gluten free. I will definitely return for more!”

“Want to make 2.5 stars, but rounded up. Arrived about 12:40p on Friday and stood in line for what had to be 10+ minutes with about 8 people in front of me and only 1 register taking orders. Plenty of staff, very courteous and friendly manager who apologized for overall wait. Though the cashier said, "15 minutes ok until you get your food?", it was over 30 minutes. The wait time was incredibly long for this sort of place and for a burger. The manager said to order online next time. I strongly recommend this!! The burger was good, not necessarily great. The regular fries were served hot and unseasoned, which is fine. With tax, my bacon cheeseburger with a fried egg, fries, and drink was $15. This will fall into the 'once a year' visit category.”
