“I have been to this facility a few times. Last Saturday I was there. It took a hour an half to get my order. I did not complain. Other customers where there waiting for nearly 2 hours. People where demanding a reason why the food was taking so long. The manager's response was unacceptable, saying that they had a lot of orders. Customers started asking for refunds. There were no apologies or your next meal is free. Nothing....if this facility can't handle the volume. It will not be long before it closes. The food is great, but the service needs improvement.”

“I recently discovered this food paradise!! Some one at the shop that I work at noticed some temporary signs for Rob's and I thought I'd give it a try. Since that day I have been going here every day for just shy of two weeks, trying as many things as I can from their menu. I started with the bacon cheese burger and doughnuts on my first visit. (see pictures) the 1/4lbs Burger was mouth watering while the crinkle cut salt and pepper fries that were crisp and well seasoned. Even the doughnuts were quite tasty. In the following visits I tried the pork and cow burger, the french toast, pancake platter, the plain steak and cheese, as well as the wings, and got great service and delicious food! I will continue to go here and bring friends with me as I go! Thanks for the great food guys!!”
