“I am a loyal fan to Panera and even spent a year working for the company. Love the food and prices along with the customer service. At this location there was an especially friendly cashier who went above and beyond to help me out! I had lost my phone and he even went out of his way to look around the restaurant for it. I did not catch his name but he has long curly hair pulled back in a pony tail. Seriously appreciate his level of concern and this panera made an excellent decision of hiring him!”

“When we 1st entered the restaurant we had a encounter with a lady being the register who seemed uninspired by our presence. That was unusual since we had been there many times. We then were greeted with a smile by the lady who showed us to our table(I will later elaborate on her). For the most part, the food was good...like the shrimp, creamed spinach, flounder etc. However the pig feet was tough & chewy and we couldn't finish it and the baked sweet potato was cold. Now back to the lady that seated us. Like I said, she smiled in the beginning. She did double duty by being our waitress also. She never returned to see how we were doing or if we needed anything.....we flagged her down. She waited in the background as if she was anticipating our speedy exit. At the very end she gave us a smile as she laid the tip plate down. We still left a tip. I for one have never left a lengthy post like this but felt I should. We will return to this buffet I'm sure at some point since it's in our frequented area. But a few things should and needs to be corrected since we are patrons of the establishment.”

Sit outside if the weather is nice, they have a bunch of tv's on the patio! Small parking lot, but I haven't had an issue yet. Bar can be crowded during college/NFL games, no surprise. Good football beer specials too.”
